Computer Support
The RIIT Group provides hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones and other IT devices.
Routine Requests
For more involved requests such as new computer setups, printer troubleshooting, software installation, etc., please ask your department staff assistant to submit a request using the Smeal Service Management Portal.
Emergency Requests
Emergency requests relate to circumstances causing you the inability to work. Examples are “the blue screen of death” or a system error and you’ve tried rebooting your computer without success, this situation would be classified as an emergency and requires same day assistance.
